9. Payments & Fraud Prevention
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Every transaction is subject to fraud screening and verification. Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or regulatory concerns may be delayed, canceled, or refused without prior notice.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension, collection efforts, and legal action where permitted by law.
10. Shipping
Axiom Prime Labs currently ships within the United States only.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
Some orders may require adult signature confirmation or additional identity verification before delivery.
Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times and transportation are under the carrier’s control. Axiom Prime Labs is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier operations, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Returns & Refunds
Because research materials are sensitive to storage and environmental conditions, products cannot be returned due to customer ordering errors or changes of mind.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include the order number along with photographs documenting the issue.
Approved exchanges will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Prime Labs’ total liability arising from any purchase or use of this website shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
Under no circumstances shall Axiom Prime Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
